MEL

Static wicks are actually a MEL item. I have seen CDL's that have included things like nose baggage doors and wing tips.

Static wicks are actually a MEL item.

That depends on the airplane. On the CRJ the static wicks are in the CDL. On the 1900 they are in the MEL.
