Can't find the thread from a couple of days ago, guess because the board went down.
The boss-man is looking at a diesel conversion for one of our SP's which is close to TBO. Since I suggested it, I'm now assigned to gather as much info about as I can.
I remember something about a 42% price reduction if you reach the 1000hr TBR? We can easily do 1000hrs a year.
What is the real life performance? Slightly less then the normal SP?
How much is the total conversion including engine mount ?
Do you do your normal PPL training on it or keep it for those long cross countries and time builders?
