I hope JB has served burbank.... I've jumped on them from BUR to MCO a couple times already... unless there's another Burbank outside of CA.

I just flew a JB airbus into KBUR yestaday. Now where did I park it...

Wasn't JB having trouble getting out of BUR or LGB all the way back to JFK during the summer last year? Had to stop in Albany once.

This was a test run as part of our "2005 Test Run for Return to Profitability in 2006."

Jb has decided to eliminate scheduled passenger service to cities. Soon we will announce air travel between "states." Allows for lots of flex in the sytem.

Sample routes: CA to NY, TX to FL. Any airport in the destination state is game. Where this will really pay off is on the former JFK-ROC/SYR/BUF routes. In case of a serious delay at JFK we can just declare the flight "arrived." I mean, come on, we got you to New York after all.

Wow..

For a SWA F/O you're either pretty lazy (not to take a quick look at www.jetblue.com or you're stoopidido. ??

After responding to a "jumpseating on southwest" forum a weeks ago, I was quickly labeled an arrogant typical SWA Fo that gives SWA a bad name for stuff that I thought was purely common sense. 8Vate, and to the others with an "arrogant" answer, I thank you, for being yourself.... arrogant and quick to jump someone's case.

yes Metro, Jetblue quickly learned the wrath of runway 15 (and on a really bad day 33) when the summer came and temp at the airport reached 90 something degress. I remember once explaining that over and over to a B6 jumpseater that thought I was pulling his leg.

You explained the performance limitations of the Airbus on a transcon flight out of BUR to a JetBlue pilot?? How nice of you to share your great knowledge.

You obviously have no local knowledge of the Burbank area and runway alignment. I don't care WHAT you fly out of there you WILL have weight restrictions at some point when you are required to use rwy 33.

Gup

Or are they blue?

Taking off with the right numbers can be tuff. It's the stopping on the runway stuff that always gets me.

United is scheduled to start service out of ORD soon. Anyone have info on it?
