Things are changing in the large airtanker world......
 
would be really nice if the almighty U.S. Govt. would pump a few coins into its aerial firefighting fleet.

Maybe if we scrapped all the overkill OV-10'S and replaced them with PA-32's we could fund a new heavy A/T program?

HAha weird to see that plane on here!! its parked at the airport i am currently training out of..Abbotsford BC i guess it was built here or somthin and is on its way to france for water bombing and can convert to carry passengers in half hour or so ive heard...its pretty unique if i would say so myself....:)
 
That is quite possibly the future of the airtanker bidness. If so I will sure miss the round engines. Air conditioning would be nice though!
