Does anyone know of any good flight department staffing models? We just added a signifigant amount of flying to our already busy operation. Trying to justify the additional head-count that we're going to need to have any QOL is always a challenge with our owner. I know there are some models in the NBAA managment guide, but I don't have a copy. Right now we're staffed at 1 crew per airplane @ about 350 hours a year per a/c. Expecting about 450 hours per a/c moving forward. Thanks.

There are two models in the 2003 revision of the NBAA management guide. One based on Number of days pilot is needed and the other based on flight hours. PM me for details.
