Denver-area AME?

I hate to post yet another "recommend a medical examiner" thread, but here goes, and thanks for your patience. Anybody found an AME near Denver, preferably the south side, that doesn't get jollies from performing an anal probe procedure? And might be a little tolerant when it comes to the vision check? Your input is appreciated as I attempt to remain a "virgin," so to speak.

He's not on the "south side", more on the "east side". Michael Ladwig off of 6900 E. 47th (303.333.4411). Usually can call for an appointment the same week. About 90 bucks. Didn't try to cop a feel and I wear glasses so I can't vouch for his vision requirement.

Anyone know of good one in north Denver/Boulder that can give 1st class medicals? The one I've been using up to now only issues 2nd and 3rd class....

In addition to giving first class medicals, does anyone know of one that bills to the insurance as a regular physical? Would be nice to pay just the copay.
