Depending on the airline you work for, (for rates starting around $45.00) Quality Inn isn't too bad. (Tower Rd) Free breakfast, internet and free van service to the airport 10 min away every 20 min. They used to have a deal of every 10th night free. That may have changed.
Some good restaurants a couple blocks away, Ruby Tuesdays and Di Ciccos. Real good Italian food.
