there's plenty of humor

in the fact that that current attack ads (i'm an independent, cause they're all liars and crooks) say that kerrey voted against several weapons programs. Many of these never got out of committee to a floor vote and they are ones that then sec of defense dick cheney voted down as well.

they're also programs that the pentagon brass agreed to ax as well. if bush approved of that ad as he said he did, well, just like he demanded at the 9/11 hearings(to not be sworn under oath) he is as honest as kerrey is.

listen, to have now given fallugah over to saddam's former general only only proves one thing. they're pushing our buttons not the the other way around.

how dumb does it look now a year gone by siince bush landed on that carrier only to declare the war was over, major combat had ceased and mission accomplished!

just like in vietnam , when a bunch of stupid civilians run the battle, you have a quagmire looming.

i'm pissed, because yesterday, eight brave soldiers, whose tour was extended, and leave cancelled were killed by insurgents.

a carefully thought out exit strategy and analysis of every scenario, plus as McCain has said, the right amount of forces would have prevented some of the killing and might have given these 8 soldiers a trip home to see their kids.
