Apparently, RA enjoys losing money in lawsuits. He sure seems to be getting a lot of practice.

-Really... What the hell kind of lawyers does DAL have working there these days?

(When MESA can totally kick your butt in the type of lawsuit they just won-you really ain't got good help.)
 
Mesa "accuses the world's biggest airline operator of "bad faith actions" and breaches of contract".

As much as I am not a Mesa fan, after watching Delta's "bad faith actions" and "breaches of contract" committed on a daily basis at Comair, I'd be willing to testify on Mesa's behalf.
 
Delta has not lost the first lawsuit. They were just stopped from sending Mesa to the cleaners prior to a trial.
