Delta stock hit 50 cents in trading this past Friday, which it also hit in mid-Nov 2005. 50 cents represents its lowest price ever in its history, ever.

meanwhile AMR traded at $8.50 in FEB 2005 and is now at $25, or almost a triple

The stock price is useless! It doesn't mean anything and is a bad barometer because the company is in bankruptcy. When/if DL emerges from chp 11 bankruptcy, we'll see what the stock price does. Looks like LCC is doing ok for now. Let's hope it stays that way.

absolutely, agree....and good luck to Delta guys....the pilots are not why the company is where it is at, that rests at the feet at management

hopefully the storm clouds will clear up soon
