such a dumb lawsuit...
I've been a posting fiend today about my profession. In my opinion, her lawsuit is frivolous. Unreal. I cannot believe any of my bretheren would take this case.
It would be fun to be the lawyer defending Delta, though. Can you imagine the deposition (which, by the way, is a document that is a public record).
Anyone can forget something but TAKE OUT THE **CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED****CENSORED** BATTERIES when you clean it after you're done using it!!!!
I hope they had fun in LAS, at least.
