Any Delta drivers out there care to share some info on pay increases in '08/09/10?
Is your B plan also going to increase?
Profit sharing %?
Also, medical bennies. Any changes to that?
Thnx for your time.

Pay cut each year. Our raise is about 1.5% and inflation is what?, 3.5%? Go to FedEx or UPS!

We get a whopping 1.5% pay raise each year, with the ability for it to go up to 6% each year if we are profitable (pre-tax). There is some complex formula ALPA and the company came up with that I don't recall right now. I would say going from first year pay ($49 an hour on all fleets) to second year pay (can be good on the 757/767 which is attainable) is a large bonus in itself (maybe $24 an hour increase). Not bad, and it is bound to get better.

If you are an 8 year guy you can probably go to the 757/767 by now, which would give you that raise you are searching for. But, instead, you sit on the 738 in ATL. You need to go to Fedex and UPS, really.
