If only every US company would follow suit. I'm sick of Indian CS. Sick Sick Sick. Can't understand them and they barely go off scirpt. Very tough to deal with. Makes me doubly angry that an American could have been performing this service-related job. The CEO and his posse are the only one's who reap the benefits of short-sightedness.

Someone should start a boycott of companies which outsource their CS to places like India.

great insource this but let unlimited 70 seat jets to be outsourced. maybe mainline pilots can be retrained to work the call center.
