Was in a LOOOONNNGGGG money line in ATL and noticed that not one Delta jet had the logo light on.

Is this a cost cutting move, or is everybody sulking for a reason? I can think of no better move than to NOT PROMOTE the company that pays you the highest wages in the industry.....the nerve! I guess you guys will show them!!!!

Just curious.:D :D :D :D

I dont think Delta ever had logo lights on their jets... i remember growing up during the Widget era, and i never recall seeing that after sunset......

Yeah, man. 200 watts here, 200 watts there...pretty soon, you're puting a lot of load on those generators, sucking a lot of gas out of those tanks!

Were here to fly passengers, not light billboards!

(Now that you mention it, I have noticed this. Have you further noticed that all the DCI CRJ's have logo lights proudly blazing away?)

Yes, and sometimes you will even see an ASA plane with two logo lights on.

Logo Lights

Atlas just deactivated all there logo lights........the reason they gave to us is cost of bulbs and maintenance.

:D Heh heh.

How many mechanics does it take to change a lightbulb?

None; that's what "Deferred" stickers are for.
