Does anyone know what the difference between a regular NDR form and "the state of Florida" NDR form that Delta uses? I guess what I am asking, does it matter what state you request a NDR form from? ( is it all the same info, since it is national?) I wanted to submit my own request to make sure there where no differences between my app and the NDR for my interview......maybe some traffic ticket that I failed to pay...

No difference from what I can remember. I think they just use it as a standard form. [SIZE=-1]

Just make sure your drivers license and pilot cert. address (permanant) are the same. Even though they scam on GA state taxes themselves, they would love to catch you cheating the system so they can see you squirm. The Delta way...
