Delta International Jumpseat

Does Delta accept international jumpseaters? I am looking to travel from Atlanta to Puerto Vallarta next week. Any info would be much appreciated. I am a pilot for AirTran and have never tried to jumpseat on Delta internationally.

Yep, done it a few times. If going out of ATL, get checked in either 75 or 90 minutes (can't remember) prior to go time at a customer service counter. Need to get passport listed for some kind of TSA requirement.

Don't forget, CASS doesn't mean jack. You are not riding in the front regardless.

so can you use the customer service counters in the concourses or just go to the check-in counters in the main terminal?

Both times I did the flight was leaving out of the international departures terminal. So I checked in at the International service counter at that terminal.

I don't know if DAL's Mexico stuff leaves from there also.

You check in at the international service counter in terminal E, if I remember correctly. 75 minutes early - they make no exceptions.
