Wherever they come from, I smell another 2 for 1 deal like ASA did. IF they come from Mesaba in that way it could explain a lot for why we have been sitting heavy rather than displace. It's probably cheaper to sit heavy then do one big shuffle than 2 littler shuffles.

Might be a little while, CAL has most of the options on the 900s and they even took Alaska's canceled options. Unless there are some cancellations out there, it may be a few years. CAL is in bed with Boeing, might be hard to push them out!

He is just looking at the crystal ball, back in the 80s and early 90s the only pilots who went to FedEx and the other freight companies were the unsats who couldn't get on at the Majors. FedEx and all the other freight companies followed the majors payscale wise. The payscales are gonna slide down just like everyone elses has. No one pilot group is immune, sorry!
