Delta DC plan question

Didn't Delta have a targeted DC plan for a while? I believe it's all the same for everyone now, but I am curious when it changed, etc.

It's taking way to long at NWA (thanks in part to a few redbook jags) to get the plan into action for the junior folks and also am wondering how long it took to get up and running at DAL.

We had a targeted DC plan for just a couple years. Don't quote me but I think it happened when the DB was frozen after the concessions in late 2004/early 2005. The straight DC plan went into effect with our BK concessions of 2006. I don't remember there being any delays in implementing them...they pretty much happened as outlined in the implementation schedules of each concessionary agreement.

I'm sure others will have more precise info...the last few years are a bit of a blur for me.
