Everyone of these companies are pretty much the biggest in their industry. So with more customers then the competition of course you'll have a survey that is skewed like this. Just like how the rest of the world feels about America. It's easy to go after the big guys.

Look at the source.... Arianna Huffington is Nancy Pelosi's gay lover. They also say Berkshire Hathaway is one of the most admired.... How could anyone take THAT seriously?

Agree with your point on the Greek nutbag but BH is admired mostly because folks like Uncle Warren. He's a regular Joe that is very good at what he does. Nice guy to talk with too.

Not to split hairs, but.... There's 482 of us along with 300+ who would disagree.

spoken like true management. "it's not our fault they hate us as much as we hate them (the customers).

Not his fault that the previous administration over-hired. He has a tendency to trust the guys that ran the companies when he bought them. His mistake and lesson learned. Sadly, there's a meeting in two weeks that will probably add to the total. Hate to see it and hope everyone is back soon.

Berkshire Hathaway is not even a company per se...... it's a mutual fund. Of course it's got high customer marks because WB has run it superbly with long term results to show.
Ironically I believe BH bought a bunch of US air back in the day and lost it's arse leading WB to quip that airlines were horrible longterm investments, the only kind he is fond of.
Also, I disagree with the title, except for the koolaid drinkers of Jet Blue and SWA, I would say that generally the Delta employees are perhaps the next most content workgroup, especially of the legacy airlines.
LUV

And look around-
it's predictable that NJ would have to furlough- just as it was predictable after the formation of the TSA that they would hire.
I'd also agree that DAL would be my 1st choice among legacies
