Well sounded like a pretty productive meeting. According to an email today from the XJ MEC they want the Mesaba jet captains to take a smaller raise this year (contract anniversary DEC 2010) and give some of that money to the First Officers to align XJ payscales closer to the other Delta connection carriers.

I agree that the First Officer pay rates at Mesaba are terrible. I know thats the case at all regionals. Thats all I will say about that.
