7ER
767

Look like they could all be 767 related...

7ER = International 767
767 = Domestic 767

7ER- 767/757 International
767- 767/757 Domestic

Those terms can be misleading.

"7ER" pilots can fly the 757/767 anywhere
"767" pilots can fly the 757/767 anywhere except ocean crossings and South America.
Only "765" pilots can fly the 767-400, and they can fly it anywhere.
