Do you know if Delta AirElite will allow a conversion factor... I don't meet the TT mins for second in command without at least a .2 conversion factor.

Probably yes, as long is it is clearly noted in your resume or cover letter that the conversion factor has been applied.
It wouldn't hurt to send in a resume. Most qualified applicants are going to Netjets, now that they have their new contract. This could be a good opportunity for low time pilots who don't quite meet the mins at Netjets or Citation Shares.

Yeah, this will work about as good as Song did. They didn't even research the competition. How long do you think they'll get away with calling their card program "Flexjet 25?" Seems to me that there's already a company called "Flexjet" out there.

Does anyone know what kind of equipment they operate, pay scales, and how many pilots and planes they currently have?

Makes you wonder. Why would you work for a place that is fking over a large group of pilots already? Do you think they will treat you any better? I guess as long as they do not offer you a pension you may be okay.

I would stay far far away.

Flexjet uses DAE to work some of their charters and Flexjet is part of the DAE "network." DAE is a charter broker. From what I'm told, they have four planes and all the rest is part of the "network."
