Their website shows they've been around for a while... something like 1984, and it also shows that they have a ton of airplanes... but I guess they could be apart of their "network".
 
They only have Delta benefits in the form of pass eligibility, however this and your insurance, 401K etc is through Comair. If Comair is sold, who knows what will happen to them.

Yes the only have about 6 airplanes and the rest are airplanes on their 135 cert.

They will treat you fairly well. They have descent maintainance. But they are a very small company, and will remain so for the mid-term future. Their management is rudderless.
