DPJ is a charter operation. If I recall correctly, they are using a Comair certificate in which to place the airplanes.

So wouldn't it be a scope violation to have them fly your passengers?

Couldn't they also configure any plane and call it "private" and transfer to that operation?

Perhaps attempts to transfer all mainline charters to the cheaper side?

Hope you are protected and have a strong bunch of union guys who wouldn't sign that away.

Look at the other items especially the passenger on a Chinese airline who tried to start a fire with smuggled petrol on board and some of the other incidents on other flights
