If they have that many aircraft they would be the worlds largest aircraft management company. They are not, ergo they must be inflating that number by at least 225, at a minimum. They recently showed less than 40 aircraft on their Part 135 certificate.
I stand corrected. Their press releases are followed with "we have access to over 400 airplanes." I read too fast. I guess any 135 charter/broker outfit could make this claim?
40 does sound more reasonable. Not near big enough to support the 300!!
I get one or two letters a year asking me to place the aircraft I manage, on their operating certificate. And they want a minimum guarantee of time on it for the use of their clients.
Yes, they offered 200 hours per year for our larger mid-sized aircraft. They certainly offer unique perks like passes on Delta including mx and fa. What's not to like about that?
I spoke to a couple of lads running an ultra on DAE cert and they liked it there.
