That Sovereign is suuuu-wheet. Beautiful looking airplane and very capable. You'll do a good mix of short-haul and transcons. I hear the Primus Epic system up front is pretty capable as well.

At least you won't get flat a$$ from some of the longer transcon flights you could get on the Sovereign. You'll have shorter hops and stay busy because the XL/XLS fleet is the biggest fleet (popular among owners). Both are real nice airplanes.

Excellent! Welcome to the company and to the fleet. Yesterday's Excel experience: Four guys in the back drinking as much beer as they could find (we grabbed some extra for them before the flight), having a great time. About 20 minutes into the flight, out of nowhere, I hear this blasting through the audio system:

"Stroke ME, STROKE ME! Give me the business all night long..."

They had popped "Blades of Glory" into the DVD player, and had it cranked. I couldn't see it, but I could hear the whole movie. So could Denver Center.
