Anyone know here the phone number for getting employee parking at DCA? Or if there is a way to do it by mail?

Your carrier has the info and the application.

get the letter form your company then go down to the old terminal (art deco) just before the banjo. down in the basement is the parking office. they will issue the little hangy thing for your car.
