DCA commuter hotels

I am going to be based in DCA next month and will almost certainly need a few nights in a hotel. Where does everyone stay? Any input is appreciated thanks...

Either "The Americana" (800) 548-6261 ...$62 including Tax. Also I have used Priceline.com using $45 as the bid during the week, $35 on Fri Sat Sun when the businessmen are back home. The 45/35 turns into $56/$46 after taxes and the $5 fee on Priceline.
