Darden Restaurants

Does anybody have any recent info on Darden Restaurants flight department? All posts on here are several years old. Any current/past crewmembers on here looking at this? Wondering who the Chief Pilot is or who you would contact/send your resume to? I imagine it's a tough gig to get, but I want it enough to try. Any info is appreciated. Email addresses would be good....not sure if sending a paper resume is such a good idea as I know Darden is really big with the LEED idea and I believe they even ask you to send electronic resumes as opposed to paper somewhere in their main website career area....Thanks all!

I know they just moved into the old Magic hanger at MCO next to Signature.

No they didn't, they moved into the hangar between Magic and Signature's operations building.

And i know for sure, they are not hiring at the moment. They have a few pilots who fly contract for them when they need the extra bodies.
