I don't really think TFR's affect us in scheduled ops... I can remember in PHL when bush was in town they only closed up the airport during his take off, we were even permitted to land when AF 1 was taxiing.

Hopefully it stays that way. In STL when Bubba was there the airport shutdown while he was in the plane. It's anyones guess what he, or who, was doing in there for so long.

Wasn't LAX closed for a long time back in the 90's because Clinton got his haircut on Air Force 1.

At any airport where the President is onboard, the operations come to a halt until the President is off the airport property. Last year had to hold for about 30 minutes going into MSY, while AF 1 shot an approach and they got the President off the airport.

A C-5 was sitting off the end of the B concourse. I guess the C-5 brought in the Presidential limos and other secure communications stuff
