Is there a way to trade reserve days with the pool or with yourself?

I am not following. You can move reserve days around if there is coverage. You can't swap with someone else.

how do you move the days around? Call scheds or is there a PCS way?

Go into PCS and click on Leave Request.
You have to move the days in groups.

Boy, it would be really nice to have transparency and be able to move reserve days around. But I digress...
