DAL Jumpseat Rumor

Anybody out there confirm that procedures for OAL jumpseat have changed in the last 3 days? Heard today that now to comply with TSA regs - Jumpseaters have to go outside the SIDA in ATL to the Ticket Counter to get appropriate documentation. Truth or BS? Thanks, T

I just came up on the 777 from ATL at 5pm. Went right through the First Class line with no problems, ID only.

The brilliant TSA had come up with a "form" from the ticket counter to have stamped by the agents when clearing security which would then be presented to the gate agent to verify security screening.

That lasted about a week.
