If I lived in Indy not even a Colts victory would make me happy, for I would still have to live in Indy.
And the beloved Irsay family lives right down the street from me in Wilmette,(north Chicago) not even they can stand to live in that God forsaken city.
I lived in Chicago and New York, and while I loved those cities, Indianapolis is still the best place I've lived. Ironically its the bad reputation that keeps the city so great. Keeps all you whiners out.
Whine away.

You think so? I have never seen girls with all of their teeth in Joliet. That chick in your avatar is definitely from Joliet.
Did someone ACTUALLY say Indianapolis is better that NY and Chicago????
Keep pretending you live in a real city. Build another dome or a new terminal that you can't justify. It's still just a sprawl of northern hicks radiating out into the far stretches of the corn.
If I was from indy, I'd just lie and say I lived on the south side of Chicago. Or even Gary for that matter.![]()

The only thing that I need to know about Indy is that there is no where to put my boat in the water, therefore Chicago>IndyYou are right on target. I have lived in both Chicago and Indy and I will take Indy any day of the week. Those who bash Indy havent lived there.

But none of them are Lake Michigan! You've obviously never looked out the window flying into Indy, because there are three lakes north and east of downtown outside I-465, as well as Lake Monroe less than a 2 hour drive south in Bloomington.

Hell yeah, Jim Irsay came in on Thanksgiving on the Bell chopper and gave me 300, and everyone else 300.I'm no Colts fan, but I sure did like when the G-II showed up and $100 tips were thrown at the rampers. Did you get in on any of that sweet action?
