I didn't copy and post it because its long but you can skim it and get the main points. Notice the sentance about Fontier and K hawk.

That's just a snippet, but he sees AMR's cost advantage as a bad thing, despite the fact that AMR lost 500 million dollars in the last quarter alone. Where does he suppose the money to improve the American pilots "fairly good" contract will come from? Does anyone else think that it's only "fairly good?"

We must also pursue the low-cost carriers to improve their pilot contracts. We are in active discussions right now with Frontier and Kittyhawk.

He can be in talks with anyone he wants, but he'll have a lot of convincing to do to convince a small carrier's pilots that ALPA is a good move for them. After all, he's not taking much care of the small carriers he already has, is he?

He has managed to seperate
the Regional Pilot from the Major.
He showed it at the Comair strike.
He'll more then likely show it till his
desmise when elected next year.
What has his committee done since the
9/11 attacks accept, put into legislastion
bogous B.S. legislation that will do nothing
for the pilot group as a whole.

Arm me with a gun... I'm for that, but how
about what happens when we go thru security.

If your MEC is not going to anything to
change this.
