CVG or DAY area charter company?

My uncle's mother is dying of cancer and he is looking for a charter company to pick up her up in Ocala, FL this week and bring her to Dayton, OH to live with his family. The trip would probably be KMGY-KOCF-KMGY with repositioning legs added if necessary. He's trying to keep the costs as low as possible so I think that probably means a King Air or equivalent. air trek is down at punta gorda, fl-they have 3 or 4 air ambulances-i think they have a couple s2's and a 421 that could keep her comfortable. the 421 would be cost effective-nice couch to lay down on and already set up for o2 use in the air. good staff to keep her company on the way up, nurses, etc.
