I've flown on JetBlue, Delta, US Air, United, and American all in the past 2 months. JetBlue, by far, had the best all-around customer service. In second was US Air, and the rest all fall together. For airlines trying to attract and keep their customers, they certaintly dont treat them as if. From ticket agents-gate agents-flight attendants, its seems as if they could care less about you. They are rude and, sometimes, out right nasty. I'm positive all aren't like this, but its just a few who make the company look bad. I know for sure now that if JetBlue goes to where I need to, they will get my money. They treat people the way they should. Not very shocking (to me) when they came out #1. It's one problem hurting these airlines that they have complete control over. Hopefully they will listen to the public and change.
