How long are the current training contracts for new FO's at SkyWest, Chautauqua, ExpressJet? In other words, how long to you have to hang out to not owe any money. Thanks in advance.

None at ExpressJet. They give you a hotel and per diem for training too!

Enough
Mesa has a year contract for new hires but to my knowledge they have never taken anyone to court to enforce it. The worst case scenerio is they hold your last paycheck and call it a day.

Most the time if a company does not have a contract, then chances are very good they have very good work rules and pay.
