Current Fractional info needed...

Hello fractional drivers. I figured I would request this for me and many other wanna be fractional pilots. Can you please post a short note of your company stats....NetJet, FlexJet, Citation Shares, and Flight Options.
1-Average start pay
2-Morale (1-10)
3-Treatment from mngmt (1-10)
4-Upgrade time
5-Current fleet size and number on order
6-Training pay and accomidations

here is a netjets breakdown for you:

1-fo is around 28k
2-depends on who you talk to , but for the most part i would say 8.5
3-see above
4-depends on the fleet, the ultra is right when you start if you want
5-300+ a/c, do a search, and there is a breakdown of the fleets and numbers, dont remember off the top of my head
6-on salary from day 1

Pay

I thought day one was CA pay since everyone can hold it? Is this true---everyone is on year 1 CA pay or higher? What is year 1 CA pay? Thanks for taking the time to write the previous post.

NO...dayone is not cpt pay. In order to get cpt pay, someone JUNIOR to you has, AND IN A DIFFERENT A/C, to bid captain, then pass the checkride and start collecting cpt pay themselves.

Then after that, all the guys and gals SENIOR to that person in the othera/c fleets will start to collect cpt pay. First yr is around 37k

Flight Options Info

Here's the info for Flight Options:

1. Starting base pay is 34K for FO's
2. Morale I would say average 8 - 9
3. Treatment average response I would say 8 - 9
4. Upgrade time from FO to Captain maybe 1.5 years if hired today
5. 200+, 115 new aircraft on order. Getting used aircraft at a steady pace, numbers unknown
6. All training cost and accomendations are paid for by the company, no training contract. Pay starts on day one.
