Does anyone know where the Chicago Cubs fly out of? I've been ORD based since June and I haven't seen them there. Do they fly out of PWK? I know they have their own 757 but I haven't seen it.

Oh yeah and anyone know what it takes to get that job? Just dreaming....

Midwest Airlines is the official charter service for the Cubs. I think we fly them in one of the 88's.

I saw a special on it a year or so ago. I know for a fact that they use a First-Class configured 727 but I don't know who operates it. They talked about Sosa and "his seat" and how everyone knows not to sit in "his seat". He's a freakin child.

Don't get me started on Barry Bonds' leather chair in the locker room.

They still operate a 727 out of ORD

We fly the Marlins with a 737-800 with first class seats and movies and a place to play cards for the players. That is why they are going to beat the Cubs big time tonight. The food is exceptional too.:D

Thanks to WGN being pumped into every home in the US, we have a nation of Cubs fans.

Go Cubs! This postseason has actually made me care about baseball again! I guess it really is a great game when you have great rivalries, history, and frickin' 95 year championship droughts...

I know that this is not aviation related, but it's been ticking me off since I heard this mornings CBS radio news. They blamed the fan, and called his actions interference.

Let's take another look at the fan "interference". Put yourself in the stands... A pop fly is curving toward your seat..... you look up and realize that it's going to hit you on you head.... What do you do???????????????

You put your hand up and try to catch it, that's what.

For a fan to interfer, the fan MUST CROSS THE RAIL AND REACH OUT INTO THE FIELD. This fan, and those sitting around him, DID NOT reach out over the field.

Given adequate time to view the tape, all of us Cubby fans would decide to get out of the way and let Alou reach into the stands; but I doubt that any one out of a thousand regular fans would have done anything different if put in the exact same situation.

Now, if I could only decide who to root for........ I want the Cubs to win, and I would also love to see Ivan Rodriguez make it to the World Series. Pudge deserves to get there after playing for the wind-sucking Rangers for a decade. Don't get me wrong, I luv the Rangers, they just stink.

Yea, I'm a Cub fan too. J-3, PA-11, PA-18.

Still funny how their own fan scews the team trying to get a ball for himself! Ha!

Marlins are really a bunch of great guys and they will show it to the world one way or the other. As for MLB, the way they trade and sell guys the Marlins could be Cubs next season and the Cubs could all be Marlins.
