Another question parts for CubCrafters. The quarter turn phillips lock on our oil access door, not sure if it's called an airloc, camloc, or what from my research. I had a pin that I noticed almost came out, I recentered it, then this weekend it came out. I got lucky the sun reflected off of it and I found it, amazing how far these things can travel on the hangar floor. I reinserted it, used a little high temp loctite, but not sure how long this is going to last.

What holds the pin in place?

Anyone know a replacement part for it should I need to replace this quarter turn lock?

It's about 117 deg F and not nice to be outside so I spent about 5 minutes researching this.

SK28S3-2S Phillips head fastener
SK26000-LWS Fastener retaining washer
SK213-2 Captive nut plate

Pin does not appear to be available as a separate part but the fastener is available from Aircraft Spruce -

Too hot and humid here in VA vs your heat.

Thanks for the find. Guess I could just order from CubCrafters but I like to learn the source and prefer to go direct if I can. Hopefully the pin will stay in place but if I have to replace it I know where to go now.

Thanks!!!
