Cub operating costs

For those of you that have owned a Cub, what are the operating costs? Not the fixed costs like insurance and hangar, but how much per hour do you figure it costs to fly one, including engine reserve and other maintenance costs?

I have a PA-11 Cub Special. It was the successor to the J-3 and this one has the Continental A-65-8 engine, so the operating costs are identical.

I figure the maintenance reserve at $44.00 per hour based on 50 hours flying per year.
