Hello, I have been a member of this site for a while, 3 years and have worked my way up to the CS interview level. Would like a little advice, help, I am a low time pilot so it caught me off guard to get the calls. But I did take the advice of; if you have the mins to apply then apply, I did and I got the in-house interview. Have searched the site and got some great info. A little inside info would be nice (PM stuff). Also I would like some info on bene's. Thank you.

Think Customer Service. Study the Jepps and know about climb gradients and performance. I didn't get any systems questions.

It was a very laid back interview.
