CRM Course?

Are there any places that teach a CRM course? The person I fly with flew a king air single pilot for 4+ years before I showed up, and I've never flown in a crew environment before, so I think we don't have the best CRM. Any ideas?

Next time you go to recurrent as a crew and tell the instructor what you want ... that is CRM training.

Well, the problem is that we are both 6 months out of sync. I was wondering if there were any kind of stand alone CRM courses we could go to.
