I noticed that too.

I'm guessing deadheading crew members. Unless in china they require 4 flight attendants or something?

What I'd like to know is how they can conclude so quickly that it was arson? Also how could an arsonist bring down an airplane 10 seconds after take off unless they were using explosives?

I think they were referring to the Mad Dog crash in 2002 that was mentioned in the article.

This is 4 crj-200 hull losses. Still not a bad record, but yet to have one due to mechanical failure. Makes you realize who's really in charge of your fate...
