probably. it's much longer than crimson room however. I think there are like 8 rooms or something.

Pretty much wasted my entire day yesterday.

I don't know if you can back up a level, but you can go back into rooms your've visited during the level you're on.
I think if you put an item in your pocket you can only retrieve it when you need it....and the gamne determines that.
Yes, keep clicking around to find things.

You can also use MOTAS chat whilst you're playing, and for the most part everyone is pretty helpful!

I couldn't get that to work - - I think cookies have to be enabled or something, and the computer I was on didn't. Disappointing, because I wanted to see what the deal was with the chat.
