Here a salute to all you crew schedulers who actually work hard and try to help out us lowly pilots. At XJ, you know who you are!

Lotsa love always...

Sincerely,
#8030, How Ya Doin'?

Guess we have to flag this for the ol' 10 year check and see how you are doing as a 2 year Captain and the train has left the station. Cheers- Wil

Cheers to XJ crew scheduling! They have been awesome to me lately. If I have an early show coming up, they've been giving me a call the day before so I can wake up on my own rather than "peeling me off the ceiling" to the sound of my cell phone. Great group of people!

You can flag it for whatever you like. I am not a 2 year captain. They don't exist at my company. I was an FO for almost 6 years before I could upgrade into a turboprop. But thanks for your assumption.

I am just saying that not all schedulers are jerks. That some of them actually do try and help you out (at least where I work).

Sorry, I didn't realize your post was serious until I reread it! ASA has made a joke of scheduling so I am jaded. All the best-

there has been alot of junior manning going on lately, and they've been nailing people way up there in seniority. Add the yearly vacation cancellations..... End of a 4 day trip: "Yeah ops 3300 in at 45".... "rog, in at 45 and please have the whole crew call scheduling"

You are right, I was just filling out an "Award of Excellence" recommendation for one of our friendly, intelligent, efficient and darned well liked Crew Schedulers at ASA.

I bet you get "randomly" drug tested as soon as the company receives it.
