Anyone have any info on how to contact a company who promises a lifetime guarantee on a piece of substandard luggage? I get a voicemail that sounds like a little kid on a home answering machine.

Anyone else having an issue with spending this much money on a lifetime warrantied product, and not quite getting what you ordered, feel free to comment. If you happen to make the bag, please comment, I need a point of contact.

Google them. Call the store/catalog you bought it from. Call their local BBB. Or, next time order from a reputable manfacturer and chalk this up to experience.

Wait, you want the manufacturer to post after reading this on flightinfo? Good luck with that.

I have Boyt luggage - and they have - so far - always honored their lifetime guarentee - particularly 3 sets of replacement wheels

I know exactly which bag maker you are talking about he went out of business about two weeks ago do to health problems. Their is another thread going on this already. AirTran used them alot. Im in the same boat as you as I bought one of his bags also.:angryfire

There is a company down in South Florida or maybe it was Tampa that is now going to handle the warranty work but you have to pay for shipping.

You gotta read the fine print......lifetime of the luggage...not your lifetime!!:D

.....Which happens to be.......how long have you had it now??!!
