Her actions are so crazy and improper that she sets herself up for getting reversed by a higher court. But so what? Getting reversed isn't like getting fired, it just means that a higher court judge disagrees with your findings. So what?

From the stories about her, lawyers attempt everything they can to stay out of her court, but they don't speak out publically because they're afraid when they're stuck in front of her the next time she'll punish them.

Yeah, the biggest problem with our court system is that these judges are not elected, but appointed based not upon qualifications as much as political favors. They generally don't get removed unless they break the law or their term runs out (or they die), although unfortunately many have lifetime appointments. How stupid. Makes this whole thing a damn crapshoot.
