I have an above garage apartment that would be perfect for two pilots to use as a crash pad. We are located close to both DAL (10 min.) and DFW (15-20 min.). I wanted to know what is the best way to go about listing the place, what terms do most pilots have on crash pads and do they come furnished or not. I know plenty of pilots with SWA, DAL, AAL, UAL, FedEX and UPS to be able to get the word out on message boards in the crew areas but need some help with the details.
