Crash Pad Questions

A older friend of mine lives alone in a large house very close to Houston Intercontinental and is interested in renting out her two extra rooms for a crash pads to provide extra income. What would be an average charge for an individual room? What sort of services are expected from a crash pad (ie: internet via in-house computer, laptop phone line, cable tv, tv in individual room, refrigerator use and/or food, transportation)? Do crash pad users need receipts for tax purposes? Thanks in advance for any comments or suggestions.

while its been years since I was an airline guy in a crashpad, I would say a wireless router would be a huge plus these days!
